What are the costs and shipping methods of the order?admin2022-05-17T08:21:38+02:00
You can choose three (3) ways to pick up your order:
- By Courier – courier company: The courier company undertakes to deliver the small products in volume and weight of your order in all regions of Greece.
- Within the Prefecture of Imathia: For purchases over € 200 there is no charge for you. However for orders worth less than € 200, you will have a small surcharge worth € 5.
- Outside the Prefecture of Imathia: The shipping cost when ordering is approximate and the exact cost of transport is shaped by the prefecture and the region.
- Pick up from the store: You can pick up your products, if they are immediately available, from the store of your choice one hour after the completion of your order. The commitment of the products has a duration of three (3) 24 hours from the execution of the order.
- By transport company: When your order includes large volume products, your products are shipped with a transport company to your place and delivery takes place on the sidewalk.
- Within the Prefecture of Imathia: For purchases over € 200 there is no charge for you. However, for orders worth less than € 200, you will have a surcharge of € 10. Delivery is made by means of transport of our company. Installation and demonstration is done at your place and is free.
- Outside the Prefecture of Imathia: Delivery is made on the sidewalk and the cost of transport depends on the prefecture and the area.

You can choose three (3) ways to pay for your order:
- Cash on delivery: You can order from our online store and pay on the day of delivery at your place. Cash on delivery is made only in cash and for total amounts up to € 500.
- By debit or credit card: Our online store accepts debit, credit and prepaid cards for your orders. In addition, by using Visa, Mastercard and Maestro credit cards, you can agree to repay in 3 interest-free installments, as long as your card supports the selected number of installments.
- By deposit in a bank account: You can order from our online store and pay by deposit in a bank account by following the steps below:

You can place your order in two (2) different ways:
- Through our online store. Browse our online store and choose the products you want to get by adding them to your “shopping cart”. To complete your purchase you must provide the information required by the system. The ordering process can be completed without registering on our website.
- By telephone order. By calling 23310 22234 or 6948055052 you have the opportunity to place your order by phone. Our partners in the internet customer service department are at your disposal Monday – Wednesday – Saturday: 09:00 – 14:30. Tuesday – Thursday – Friday: 09:00 – 14:00 & 17: 30 * – 21: 00 *. Closed on Sundays*.
